DriveGuide is a mobile audio tour application that provides GPS-triggered narration and information about points of interest in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. The app works offline after initial download and includes:

• Audio narration for 530+ landmarks and points of interest
• 3D animated maps of both national parks
• GPS-based automatic content delivery
• Background music and atmospheric soundscapes
• Offline functionality for areas without cellular coverage

License and Usage Rights

DriveGuide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license includes:

• Personal Use: Use DriveGuide on your personal devices for your own touring needs
• Family Sharing: Share the app with immediate family members through app store family sharing features
• Multiple Visits: Use the app for multiple visits to the national parks

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app's content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the app's audio content in other media or commercial applications
• Share your purchase with individuals outside your immediate family
• Attempt to disable or circumvent the app's security features

Purchase and Payment Terms

DriveGuide operates on a freemium model:

• Free Preview: Download and preview select content at no charge
• Full Access: One-time $20 purchase unlocks all content for both parks
• Lifetime Updates: Your purchase includes all future content updates at no additional cost
• No Subscriptions: No recurring fees or subscription charges

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective terms and refund policies.

Location Services and GPS

DriveGuide requires access to your device's location services to function properly. By using the app, you consent to:

• GPS location access while the app is in use
• Location-based triggering of audio content
• Local storage of location data on your device (not transmitted to our servers)

You can disable location services in your device settings, but this will prevent the app from functioning as intended.

Content Accuracy and Disclaimers

While DriveGuide's content is created by Teddy Garland, a recognized Yellowstone expert, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The current accuracy of trail conditions or accessibility
• Real-time safety conditions in the parks
• Wildlife locations or behavior predictions
• Weather conditions or seasonal accessibility

Safety and Responsible Use

Your safety is your responsibility. When using DriveGuide:

• Always follow National Park Service rules and regulations
• Do not use the app while actively driving unless using hands-free features

• Carry appropriate safety equipment and inform others of your plans

All content in DriveGuide, including but not limited to audio narration, maps, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of DriveGuide or its licensors. The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveGuide and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Updates and Changes
